It has always been so important to me to find meaning and purpose in my work. I moved to Austin 2 years ago with the expectation that this city would light something up in me and guide me towards that purpose I was looking for. I had been a vet tech and worked in agriculture since I was 15. Monitoring surgeries, shearing sheep, trimming hooves, training horses and so much more. I had learned so much over the years but the work was never done and I was exhausted. It was time to find another way to channel my energy. 

    Here we are! Permanent jewelry found me one night after work as I was scrolling. I quit my job the next day, invested all of my time and energy into starting this business with no idea if it would work. I fell in love. I worked non-stop learning everything I needed to know. I messaged every pop-up event in my city and boom Welded by Haley was born. I cannot wait to see what we achieve as a business. I am constantly in search of other ways to bring value and add to Welded by Haley. I encourage anyone and everyone to reach out, I love new ideas or even just have a conversation.
